Conveniently situated near the intersection of South Rainbow Blvd and Sahara Avenue, the office is easily accessible by private vehicle or public bus lines. The tan brick building features ample parking in the rear and a large elevator near the entrance for easy access.

Comfortable Waiting & Check-In

Inside Suite #206, patients are greeted by a spacious and inviting waiting room. Our friendly staff is ready to assist with check-in and answer any questions.

We encourage patients to use our private Patient Portal online to complete required paperwork, send messages to staff or providers, and manage appointments from the comfort of home.

Private & Professional Patient Care

Patients receive care in private offices that are comfortably furnished and beautifully decorated to create a relaxing atmosphere for both adults and children.

• Triage Office: Patients can be checked in and have their vital signs recorded in a private, secluded area.

• Provider Offices: Each provider meets with patients in their own office, designed for privacy, comfort, and focused care.

• Testing & Assessments: When testing is required, we use a large, fully equipped conference room with computers and necessary instruments.
