After a NEW patient has subittered their basic information via the NEW Patient Intake tab or registered over the phone with our office staff, an email will be sent to the address given by the patient.  The email will contain a link to create your Patient Portal account.  It is very important for all patients to create their Patient Portal account as soon as possible, due to all of the required forms needed to be completed will be located inside the portal.  The forms are easily and quickly completed in the portal and must be submitted before an appointment will be made with a provider.

The Patient Portal allows patients and providers to send messages directly to each other without wasting time on the phone.  Questions for office staff can also be sent and patient health records can be viewed at any time.  The portal allows patients to scan any type of past medical record or paperwork they want to be entered into their medical chart.
