It is always the goal of Mighty Mental Health and its Providers to enable patients to be healthy enough to remain in their own homes and keep their daily lives as normal as possible.  However, there may come a time when a patient or Provider feels that the level of care required, in the short term, is best delivered in a hospital setting.  The safety of the patient and those around them must be of the utmost concern.  Seeking a higher level of care from a local psychiatric hospital should never been seen as “negative’ or a “set back”, but instead as just another neccesary step in reaching the patient’s goal.

There are many wonderful hospitals in the Las Vegas area and the closest possible hospital should always be used in an emergency.  If the situation dictates that 911 services be used, please do not hesitate to call and always follow their direction.
